GRND (the "App") is an app for steadying your daily rhythm by recording sleep and study. This Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

The App is run by an individual developer. For enquiries about this Policy, use the contact below. For requests such as disclosure of retained personal data, we will verify your identity and respond without undue delay, including providing the operator's name.

Not collected: location, contacts, photos, calendar, Apple Health data, advertising identifiers. The App does not request access to any of these.
Information collected is not used beyond the purposes above.
What you record is first stored on your device, in the app's own storage area. When you are signed in, it is additionally synced to a cloud database (Supabase).
On the cloud side, access is restricted per account (row level security), so no one can reach data belonging to another account.
Using the App requires an account. Records are stored on your device and synced to the cloud.
Except where required by law, your personal information is not disclosed to third parties. Your data is never sold or rented, and never used for advertising.
The App uses the following external services to provide its features. Information handling at each service follows that provider's own privacy policy.

If paid features are offered in future, RevenueCat is planned for managing payments. This Policy will be revised and you will be informed at that time. Note that the App never collects or stores payment details such as credit card numbers.
Data is retained while your account exists. You can delete it at any time as follows.
Because anonymous usage records cannot identify an individual, they may remain as statistics after account deletion.
That said, complete security cannot be guaranteed for communication over the internet or for electronic storage.
You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information. What can be done inside the App (editing data, deleting your account) you can do yourself. For anything else, contact grnd.support@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with the law.
The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not use it. Minors should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 13, we will delete it promptly.
This Policy may be revised as laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Revised content applies from the time it is posted here.
